Gossett Motors is seeking an experienced Senior-level Accounting Associate to join our accounting team in West Tennessee. The role emphasizes Reynolds and Reynolds ERA experience and automotive accounting knowledge.

A strong Excel skillset and team-oriented attitude are essential. Responsibilities include reconciling schedules, processing lender payoffs, assisting with retail deals, and managing receivables and vendor inquiries.

Qualifications

• Automotive accounting experience is preferred.
• Reynolds and Reynolds ERA experience is a plus.
• Experience with Excel is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile various accounting schedules.
• Process lender payoffs.
• Assist in processing retail deals.
• Assist in collecting factory receivables.
• Post accounting schedules and research vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile bank statements.
