Gossett Automotive Group in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Accounting / Treasury Specialist to join our team and manage receivables, payables, and banking reconciliations in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a team-oriented mindset to support our group’s operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting/treasury environments is a plus.
• Accounting degree preferred but not required with experience.
• Strong Excel and general computer skills are expected.
• Team-oriented attitude and good organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile various accounting schedules.
• Process lender payoffs.
• Assist in processing retail deals.
• Assist in collecting factory receivables.
• Post accounting schedules.
• Research and respond to receivable and vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile bank statements.

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Accounting / Treasury Specialist to join our group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile various accounting schedules
• Process lender payoffs
• Assist in processing retail deals
• Assist in collecting factory receivables
• Post accounting schedules
• Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
• Reconcile bank statements

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in an accounting / treasury environment would be a plus, especially in banking or finance
  
• Accounting Degree preferred, but not necessary with experience
• Knowledge of Excel
• Team-oriented attitude
• Organizational, communication and computer skills
