Job summary

ASTEMO ROCK SPRING, INC. is seeking a Sr. Administrator in Accounting to join the Accounting Department. This full-time role reports to the Manager II and supports internal financial controls and reporting.

The position requires 1–2 years of staff accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Applicants should be detail-oriented and capable of contributing to yearly audits and corporate reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience at staff accountant level with AP, AR, fixed assets and treasury functions.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Willingness to meet deadlines under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable activities and ensure timely processing.
• Conduct three-way matching of PO, receipts and invoices; prepare weekly cash forecast.
• Generate weekly cash disbursements via check, online, and wire/ACH payments.
• Schedule ARF project meetings and track invoices for capital projects.
• Reconcile monthly statements and manage inter-company transactions and record retention.
