Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-starter with strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (<5%).
• Experience with GAAP and corporate reporting, including annual budget and forecasts.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily general accounting functions and deadlines.
• Manage general ledger, financial reporting, year-end, and internal audit support.
• Oversee SOX compliance and tax compliance activities.
• Oversee physical inventory counts and budget/forecast support.
• Monitor inventories, margins, and inter-company transactions.
• Lead month-end and year-end closings; ensure batch integrity.
• Support international sales reporting and corporate reporting processes.
• Support AI-driven productivity improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
