Job summary

Astemo, Ltd. is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to record costs of fixed assets, track asset depreciation, and manage disposals.

The role analyzes CAPEX PO classifications and performs monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliations while supporting treasury operations and cash forecasting. You will prepare accruals, assist with monthly close and audits, develop budgets and forecasts, and contribute to cost analyses and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with fixed asset records, depreciation, and asset disposals.
• Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
• Experience supporting IFRS/GAAP reporting and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank accounts
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Daily balancing of bank accounts, cash management
• Prepare journal entries and accruals
• Reconcile General Ledger for corporate and capital projects
• Create and manage fixed assets records and depreciation
• Support SOX audits and process updates
• Assist with quarterly financial audits and reporting
