Astemo Rock Spring, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Administrator, Accounting to join the Accounting team in Rock Spring, GA. The role handles accounts payable, journal entries, and intercompany transactions while coordinating with management on cash forecasts.

The position requires 1–2 years of staff accounting experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and SOX/JSOX familiarity. It offers full-time hours and supports a safety-conscious manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• 1-2 years experience at staff accountant level, including billing/receivables, A/P, fixed assets and treasury functions.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookup and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work required hours during deadlines.
• Familiar with accounting concepts, practices and procedures, SOX/JSOX.

Mansioni

• Perform accounts payable activities including three-way matching of PO, receipts and invoices.
• Schedule ARF Project meetings and process invoices for capital projects; track them.
• Reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements and process payments.
• Manage domestic and international inter-company transactions and tracking.
• Prepare journal entries and calculate accruals; produce balance sheet reconciliations.
