Job summary

Bcore is seeking a Senior Accountant to own accounts payable and payroll, provide GL support across multiple entities in Unanet, and ensure accurate financial data. You will manage vendor setup, 1099s, expense processing, and payroll across entities, collaborating with FP&A and tax teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Unanet is required.
• Experience with accounts payable and payroll processing.
• GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable and payroll functions; provide general ledger accounting support across multiple entities in Unanet.
• Manage organization setup and maintenance: vendors, customers, employees, and 1099s.
• Enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Review bank activity daily to capture and record auto-pay expenses.
• Process and post expense reports; admin Unanet user setup and access.
• Run weekly AP aging reports and process vendor payments; set up ACH/wire transfers.
• Process semi-monthly payroll in Paylocity and post payroll tax notices.
• Manage 401(k) deductions and loans; handle garnishments.
• Assist during annual audit and tax reporting tasks.
