Job summary

CORE Health Networks in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a full-time Accountant to manage payables, receivables and payroll across multiple locations. This role requires GAAP knowledge, ERP/GL system experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls required.

Responsibilities

• Process payables/receivables and payroll across multiple locations.
• Prepare and process billing and invoicing in a timely manner.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data in systems.
• Perform account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Coordinate with clients and management on billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
