Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure timely monthly close, detailed reconciliations, and robust financial analysis. You will support audits, tax processes, and reporting while collaborating with FP&A and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA preferred.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience; healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and balance sheet analysis.
• ASC842 leases and fixed assets knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records with proper documentation per GAAP and policies.
• Prepare monthly close entries and reconciliations; support variance analyses.
• Assist with interim and year-end audits and tax schedules.
• Collaborate in FP&A meetings and provide analytic support.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting.
