Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3–4 years of general accounting experience; public accounting a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• High integrity, positive can‑do attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Solid understanding of month-end close and full-cycle accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Healthcare company experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage large data sets with accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for month‑end close (prepaid amortization, fixed assets, other accounts).
• Prepare reconciliations for bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts with timely resolution of items.
• Ensure data integrity in ERP systems; support process improvements and automation.
• Ensure GAAP, HIPAA, and applicable regulations compliance.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Analyze processes and controls; support internal projects and system implementations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial records and regulatory compliance.
