Qualifications

• Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent training/certification/education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and verify journal entries and classifications.
• Analyze financial records and prepare month-, quarter-, and year-end entries.
• Post and reconcile investment activity and related accounts.
• Reconcile officer pay and payroll tax reporting (Form 945).
• Handle unclaimed property reporting and escheat activities.
• Provide accounting support and resolve discrepancies for staff and members.
• Contribute to developing and updating accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Train accounting staff and provide cross-training for coverage.
