Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience with close ownership and financial statements.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and QuickBooks proficiency.
• Hands-on equity administration including cap tables or stock compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close under US GAAP.
• Maintain QuickBooks records and coordinate tax prep, audits, and external advisor requests.
• Support budgets, forecasts, cash runway analysis, and financial reporting for leadership and board.
• Prepare fundraising and due diligence materials; assist investor meetings and travel as needed.
• Maintain equity records and award documentation; coordinate stock-based compensation accounting.
