Job summary

Worldwide Power Products is seeking a Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting, strengthen accounting processes, and provide insights to drive business performance.

The role offers exposure to inventory accounting, revenue and margin analysis, and process improvement across Distribution, Rental and Corporate teams. Growth toward Senior Accountant level with hands-on accounting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum two years of accounting experience.
• Experience with inventory accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Distribution and Rental inventory between POR and QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies with Operations, Purchasing and Accounting.
• Maintain inventory reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation.
• Support physical counts, cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Analyze inventory transactions and identify root causes of variances.
• Ensure reconciliations align with monthly close calendar.
