Job summary

Koch Capabilities is seeking a Senior Accountant to own complex intercompany debt, legal transactions, and restructuring support from its Lisle, IL team. The role emphasizes accurate reporting, scalable processes, strong controls, and cross-functional execution across complicated accounting matters.

The successful candidate will drive month-end close, US GAAP reporting, and forecasts while partnering with Tax, Legal, Treasury, and business stakeholders to implement robust accounting conclusions

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of general ledger, balance sheet, and income statement.
• Experience managing multiple accounting priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting responsibilities for intercompany debt structures and reporting.
• Execute month-end close, US GAAP reporting, and forecast activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation and analytics.
• Support complex transactions including restructurings, mergers, and debt activities.
• Strengthen controls and reconciliations across accounting processes.
