Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate accounting of payroll and benefits activity in the general ledger.
• Maintain timely balance sheet reconciliations and support internal controls.
• Analyze payroll and benefits activity to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead workstreams and drive initiatives forward in evolving requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs with accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
• Build team knowledge by documenting processes and sharing insights.
• Drive process transformation by leveraging automation, AI solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
