Qualifications

• Solid understanding of general ledger, balance sheet and income statement.
• Experience managing multiple accounting priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working in a team to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (logic, lookups, pivots).
• Professional experience in an accounting role with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting responsibilities for intercompany debt structures, ensuring accurate debt reporting and GAAP values.
• Execute month-end close, US GAAP reporting and forecast activities with compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI, automation and analytics to reduce risk.
• Provide accounting support for complex transactions including restructurings, mergers and debt activities.
• Strengthen controls and document reconciliations; partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury and stakeholders.
