Job summary

Koch Capabilities seeks a Senior Accountant to own intercompany debt, legal transactions, and restructuring support. You will drive GAAP reporting, month-end closes, and scalable processes across Koch businesses.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of the general ledger, balance sheet, and income statement.
Experience managing multiple accounting priorities and deadlines.
Experience working in a team to identify issues and implement solutions.
Advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivots, and formatting.
Professional accounting experience with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Own accounting responsibilities for intercompany debt structures and related reporting.
Execute timely month-end close, US GAAP and management reporting, and forecasting.
Identify process improvements using Copilot, AI, automation to reduce risk.
Support complex transactions including restructurings, mergers, and debt activities.
Strengthen controls and document accounting procedures amid business changes.
Partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury, and business stakeholders.
