Koch Capabilities seeks a Senior Accountant to own complex intercompany debt accounting, legal transactions, and restructurings. You will drive accurate reporting, scalable processes, and strong controls for the Specialized Accounting team.

The role collaborates with Tax, Legal, Treasury and business stakeholders to deliver timely US GAAP and management reporting while building robust processes using AI, automation, and analytics. Based in Auburn Hills, MI.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the general ledger, balance sheet and income statement.
• Experience managing multiple accounting priorities and deadlines.
• Team player with ability to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own accounting for intercompany debt structures and related reporting.
• Lead month-end close and US GAAP reporting with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements using automation and analytics.
• Support complex transactions including restructurings and mergers.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Treasury and business partners.
