Job summary

Hire Point Recruiting seeks a Senior Accountant to oversee core accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will bridge transactional bookkeeping with high-level financial analysis and mentor junior staff.

You will lead month-end close, manage general ledger, and prepare balance sheets, P&L, and tax compliance support. Strong GAAP knowledge, Excel mastery, and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and resolving discrepancies.
• Produce and analyze balance sheets, P&L, and other key financial documents.
