Job summary

Long Wave Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to manage general ledger postings and GL reconciliations on-site in Oklahoma City, with preferred DoD clearance and US citizenship. The role collaborates with AP, AR, Payroll and Contracts, using Deltek Costpoint, UKG, and SAP Concur.

You will ensure GAAP compliance, prepare monthly reports, and support tax filings, with a 9/80 work schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent job experience.
• 2–3 years of General Ledger experience.
• Proficient with Office 365 and advanced Excel skills.
• US Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reconcile daily/monthly GL activities.
• Review and post AP vouchers, AR billing, cash disbursements, and journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly credit card activity (SAP Concur, Deltek Costpoint).
• Prepare monthly borrowing base report.
• Research tax laws and implement into accounting practices.
• Ensure accuracy and respond to tax authority notices.
• Assist with year-end closing and tax returns.
• Communicate with internal/external customers effectively.
