Job summary

This onsite position offers exposure to complex accounting operations, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 0–1 years of experience, and proficiency with Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of internal controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors, internal stakeholders, and third-party service providers.
• Participate in system enhancement, testing, and implementation projects related to financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

This role offers exposure to complex accounting operations, financial analysis, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and report financial data to support business operations and regulatory requirements
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of internal controls

Qualifications:

• Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• CPA designation or progress toward certification is preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
