Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Chandler, AZ seeks a forward-thinking Senior Accountant to join our shared services team, driving daily accounting operations and process improvements across retail and corporate finance.

You will work with ERP systems, automate workflows, coordinate with auditors, and help ensure GAAP compliance while supporting intercompany allocations and month-end close. This role supports a fast-paced, multi-site environment within the RideNow group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a franchise dealership or retail environment.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, auditing, and intercompany accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Perform month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process intercompany allocations and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with system implementations and automation initiatives.
