RYSE Supplements in Prosper, TX seeks a Senior Accountant to own AP/AR end-to-end and drive the monthly close with GAAP-compliant reporting. This in-person role fits a self-directed, technically strong candidate in a fast-growing environment.

The role emphasizes process improvement, audits support, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and finance. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years' experience, and NetSuite/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of AP/AR processes.
• Experience in inventory-heavy environments (CPG/beverage/sports nutrition) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full AP cycle: vendor setup, invoices, coding, payments, and reconciliations.
• Own full AR cycle: invoicing, cash application, deductions, collections, aging.
• Manage month-end close for AP/AR; include accruals and GL reconciliations.
• Oversee other GL areas (prepaids, fixed assets, accruals) with journals and variance analysis.
• Design and maintain internal controls over procure-to-pay and order-to-cash.
