Panduit is hiring a Senior Accountant to strengthen the close processes and drive standardization across commercial and operations accounting. You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and analyze variances with cross‑functional partners.

The role emphasizes automation, AI‑assisted analysis, and end‑to‑end process improvement within a global manufacturing setting. On‑site work in Tinley Park, IL is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting is required.
• CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years in an accounting role.
• Public accounting and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience; Oracle Fusion experience preferred (FCCS/ARCS).
• Experience with AI, automation, and data-driven decision making is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close activities for programs and operations accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze significant sales programs and commercial arrangements; monitor terms and accruals.
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to translate activity into accounting conclusions.
• Support variance analysis and issue escalation; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Use Oracle Fusion, FCCS, ARCS, Smart View, Excel; leverage automation/AI tools to improve processes.
• Assist with internal/external audits and respond to inquiries.
