Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Senior Accountant in South Jordan, Utah. This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with advanced AI tools to optimize processes. You'll manage essential close cycles, prepare journal entries, and oversee balance sheet reconciliations.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Accounting, at least 6 years of experience preferably in a SaaS or PE-backed company, and a strong proficiency with GAAP and IFRS. You will play a key role in financial reporting while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in a PE-backed company with exposure to investor reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for multi-entity subsidiaries.
• Prepare journal entries and manage account reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting packages and variance analysis.
