Job summary

Panduit, a global leader in electrical and network infrastructure, seeks a Senior Accountant to enhance our accounting and reporting processes. You will own month-end close activities, prepare journal entries, and collaborate with Commercial Finance, Global Supply Chain, FP&A to translate activity into solid accounting conclusions.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting, a CPA, strong Excel/ERP skills, and Oracle Fusion experience (FCCS/ARCS). Knowledge of Power BI or SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 3–5 years in accounting role.
• Public accounting and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience required.
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred (FCCS/ARCS).
• Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL experience a plus.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned month-end close activities for commercial programs, operations-related accounting areas, and related accruals.
• Prepare and review journal entries, complete account reconciliations, and resolve reconciling items.
• Analyze sales programs, terms, and forecast activity to ensure accurate accounting.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate activity into accounting conclusions.
• Support variance analysis against forecast and investigate anomalies.
• Maintain audit-ready support for accounting areas and documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to questions.
• Improve and document end-to-end accounting processes and policies.
