Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• CPA/CMA preferred but not required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and close process experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with timely reporting.
• Develop reports, analyze variances, and present findings to management.
• Support audits and internal controls; drive process improvements and automation.
