Job summary

Panduit in Tinley Park, IL seeks a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead the Corporate Accounting team in the Shared Operations Center, directing month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes, journal entries, and reconciliations. You will coach staff, drive accuracy, and ensure audit-ready records across corporate and shared-services functions.

Responsibilities include overseeing intercompany accounting, coordinating with global finance teams, and pushing process improvements using Oracle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA certification is required.
• 5–7 years in accounting; 2–4 years in people management.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and internal controls.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and global shared services is preferred.
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion; FCCS/ARCS/Smart View; data tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL; ERP implementation a plus.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Accounting team across SOC, setting priorities, accountability, service expectations, and development plans.
• Own month-to-year end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Review and approve work from senior accountants and analysts; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee intercompany GL accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate internal and external audit support and ensure timely resolution of observations.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data-driven analysis using Oracle Fusion, FCCS, ARCS, Smart View, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL.
