The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and strong GAAP knowledge. Excellent analytical and communication skills are required for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field with at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA or CMA is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of GAAP and close processes is essential.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is expected.

Aufgaben

• Perform complex accounting activities including AP, expense reports, payments, and card purchases.
• Prepare and analyze general ledger entries across cash, inventory, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Own month-end reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and bank statements with proper documentation.
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules per policies.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close to meet reporting timelines.
• Analyze income statement and balance sheet trends, research variances, and report findings to management.
• Develop recurring and ad-hoc financial reports and dashboards; apply AI/automation to improve speed and accuracy.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting inquiries within Finance and cross-functional teams.
