Job summary

ROI Revolution in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Accountant to join a growing team and manage core accounting functions with accuracy and efficiency.

You will handle client invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and month-end close while collaborating across departments. The role offers a path for long-term growth and exposure to AI-driven automation to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly client invoicing.
• Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts.
• Ensure receivables are collected promptly while maintaining accuracy in customer records.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Maintain fixed assets schedules including depreciation and disposals.
• Prepare sales and use tax returns.
• Support timely monthly and year-end close cycles.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Complete ad hoc analyses as assigned.
