Orbiss Inc. is seeking an Accountant and Advisory Senior in Miami to manage a client portfolio from bookkeeping through year-end closing, including bank reconciliations, closing journal entries, and P&L analysis. The role emphasizes accuracy, leadership, and process improvement across monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

You will collaborate with the team to ensure compliant, timely financial statements while mentoring junior staff and contributing to cross-border advisory services.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting skills including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and P&L analysis.
• Proven ability to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities to support junior team members.
• Excellent time management and multitasking to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio from bookkeeping to year-end closing, including bank reconciliations and closing journal entries.
• Perform P&L analysis and prepare supporting schedules.
• Identify process improvements to optimize accounting systems and procedures.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliation and consolidation tasks.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior team members.
