Job summary

Orbiss Inc. in Boston, MA seeks an experienced CPA firm accounting professional to manage full-cycle accounting for assigned client portfolios.

You will oversee bookkeeping, month-end close, and the preparation of financial statements with variance analysis and KPI reporting. You will coach junior staff and support intercompany reconciliations, consolidations, and collaboration with tax teams to ensure accurate compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required with CPA license preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a CPA firm, including international cross-border work.
• Experience closing month-end and year-end, preparing statements, and reconciliations.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and internal controls.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned client portfolio and oversee full accounting cycle.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with KPI insights.
• Perform reconciliations across bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts.
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and tax team collaboration, coach juniors.
