Job summary

Orbiss Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to deliver high-quality accounting support for international clients, covering the full accounting cycle from bookkeeping through close.

You will prepare statements and KPIs, perform variance analysis, and deliver executive summaries with insights. You will collaborate with accounting and tax teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, improve processes, and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of experience in a CPA firm, including international cross-border accounting.
• Experience closing month-end and year-end, preparing statements, variance analysis, reconciliations.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations and internal controls.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel.
• Experience serving as a client liaison and reviewing junior staff work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting cycle for assigned client portfolio, from bookkeeping through close.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with KPIs and insights.
• Conduct reconciliations (bank, credit card, balance sheet, intercompany, accrual) and investigate discrepancies.
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes, controls, and tech tools for efficiency.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and support consolidation for multi-entity structures; liaise with tax teams.
• Coach and review junior team members as needed.
