Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in an accounting firm.
• Strong technical accounting skills: bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and P&L analysis.
• Ability to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analytical skills to detect inaccuracies and investigate discrepancies.
• Problem-solving to optimize accounting systems and procedures.
• Experience in intercompany reconciliation and transactions between entities.
• Experience with financial consolidation for accurate statements.
• Leadership and mentoring to support junior team members.
• Attention to detail, compliance, and high-quality work.
• Multitasking with excellent time management and deadlines.
• Strong communication of complex accounting matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing a client portfolio from bookkeeping to year-end closing, including bank reconciliation and closing journal entries.
• Performing P&L analysis and developing supporting schedules.
• Producing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, or annual accounting reports.
• Detecting inaccuracies and investigating account discrepancies.
• Proposing recommendations to optimize accounting systems and procedures.
• Managing intercompany reconciliation and contributing to consolidation processes.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
