Digital Media Innovations Llc is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage P&L and Balance Sheet statements, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and journal entries in a fully remote role.

You will work with QuickBooks Online and Excel, ensure accurate records, and support month-end/year-end closings while collaborating with a U.S.-based team.

Qualifications

• M.COM/ CPA/ CA or equivalent accounting/finance qualification.
• 5-7 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Ability to prepare and interpret P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, General Ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to independently identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with a U.S.-based team.

• Prepare and process customer invoices
• Record, review, and maintain journal entries
• Assist with and independently perform month-end and year end closing activities
• Maintain and review the General Ledger
• Maintain and understand the Chart of Accounts
• Review accounting transactions and identify errors, discrepancies, and unusual items
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and properly classified
• Work with QuickBooks Online (QBO) for bookkeeping and accounting activities
• Use Microsoft Excel for accounting analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
