Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic accounts and customer relationships in a consultative environment, including retail analytics or data and insights platforms.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with suppliers, merchants, and partners to drive engagement, retention, and growth.
• Execute cross-functional business plans by addressing needs and aligning partners to drive outcomes.
• Share success stories, best practices, and case studies to support product delivery and demonstrate customer value.
