Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking an Account Solution Architect in the Chicago, IL area to orchestrate Red Hat’s technical approach for customers across Illinois, aligning with business goals and driving value realization.

You will lead technical conversations, design solutions, respond to RFPs, and partner with Sales, Engineering and Support to ensure successful onboarding and expansion while travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Pre- and post-sales experience with sales process.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in customer success planning and account management.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical leader at assigned accounts and trusted advisor to technical teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to capture requirements and remove blockers.
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs with technical guidance.
• Design solutions aligned with business objectives and lead technical sales conversations.
• Create and execute Customer Success Plans with cross-functional teams.
• Influence account strategy to grow pipeline and opportunities.
• Travel as needed to meet business needs.
