Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager and Sales Account Manager in planning, execution, reporting and improvement of the client program portfolio. This role acts as a liaison across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure objectives, metrics and commitments are met.

You will lead program planning, escalation management and customer engagement, drive risk analysis, schedule feasibility, and formal reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management within manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, planning and scheduling abilities.
• Experience with customer-facing reporting and KPI management.
• Knowledge of risk management and corrective action processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist program planning, execution and reporting for Daifuku's program portfolio.
• Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering and Customer.
• Monitor KPIs and participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Support customer engagements and specification management.
• Provide coverage for active projects and manage escalations.
• Step in as Program Manager during absences to maintain continuity.
