Custom Control Sensors, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales & Customer Account Lead. This full-time exempt role focuses on precise coordination between Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure on-time delivery and contractual compliance for CCS Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial customers.

You will manage demand alignment, maintain order books in ERP/MRP, and drive proactive communication with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Sales-to-Operations liaison for key accounts to ensure alignment with contracts and production plans.
• Maintain accurate, complete customer order books in ERP/MRP systems.
• Prepare and distribute operational status updates, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Quality, Engineering and Accounting to address delivery risks.
• Support planning, forecasting, and capacity planning activities.
