Job summary

Custom Control Sensors, LLC (CCS) is a global leader in pressure, temperature, and liquid flow switches and sensors for Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial markets. The Sales & Customer Account Lead role ensures precise demand alignment, disciplined order book administration, and compliant communication across CCS functions.

Based in Phoenix with limited travel, you will coordinate ERP/MRP and CRM workflows, maintain data integrity, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or related fields.
• Must be ITAR compliant and eligible to work in a US export-controlled environment.
• Experience supporting programs, customers, or operations within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Sales-to-Operations interface for assigned Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial accounts.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant customer order books within ERP/MRP systems.
• Participate in recurring key customer order book and production review meetings; document status, risks, and actions.
• Prepare, review, and distribute approved status communications ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions to address delivery risks and schedule changes; escalate when needed.
• Support expediting activities to align with production plans.
• Assist with system setup, demand validation, and transition into Production for new programs.
