Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an Account Management, Senior Specialist (Sustainable Technologies) to lead tailored strategies for reprocessing programs across a multi-state South region, with significant travel. You will implement new customers, manage collections and service execution, and partner with sales to grow program value.

You will train hospital staff, analyze trends, and act as the single point of contact to resolve issues while maintaining industry knowledge and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• 0–2 years in a consultative environment such as sales, customer service or marketing preferred.
• Excellent phone, written, and in-person communication skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations and ensure seamless rollout with cross-functional teams.
• Provide in-service training to hospital staff across multiple shifts.
• Analyze customer collection and service trends to maximize engagement and collection compliance.
• Build consultative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate to expand account penetration.
