Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and sustain relationships with assigned Medical Products and Distribution customers. You will coordinate with supply chain teams, manage service needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and improve processes.

The role requires up to 35% travel to client sites and the ability to support customers across time zones. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Medical Products and Distribution customers regarding supply chain health and service needs.
• Bridge relationships between customer’s supply chain and Cardinal Health teams for flawless service.
• Support customer expectations through proactive account reviews and ongoing engagement.
• Prevent order disruptions by addressing inventory issues, substitutions, and conversions.
• Resolve open orders by reviewing reports, identifying trends, and coordinating with customers.
