Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and maintain relationships with assigned Medical Products and Distribution customers. You will serve as the liaison between the customer’s supply chain and Cardinal Health teams, ensuring timely service, to prevent order disruptions and drive growth.

The role requires 2-4 years of customer management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Expect up to 35% travel and on-site client visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of customer management experience preferred
• Strong MS Office skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Medical Products and Distribution customer(s) for supply chain health and service needs
• Bridge relationships between customer supply chain and Cardinal Health teams to ensure flawless service
• Support customer expectations through proactive account reviews and regular engagement of key initiatives
• Prevent order disruption by addressing inventory issues, substitutions, core list reviews, and conversions
• Resolve open orders by reviewing reports, analyzing trends, and coordinating with customers on actions
• Advocate for the customer across Cardinal Health teams to resolve issues promptly
• Track, measure, and report KPIs monthly
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to support retention and growth
