The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value, enterprise-level clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth and maximize client value.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to ensure alignment with their objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within your accounts to drive long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to meet client needs and organizational goals.
  • Track and forecast key metrics, such as adoption rates and sales results, to measure account performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts while paying attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel 10-12 times annually for client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
