Location: Remote
Reports to: VP, Digital Accessibility Sales
Schedule / Shift: Monday – Friday; CST/EST Day Hours; 40 hours per week
Job Overview
This mid-level position is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to close business and manage customer relationships. The Account Executive may generally sell Allyant’s products and services to a particular business line, however the role is expected to generate business across all divisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop net new business accounts through consistent outbound prospecting efforts to include tools such SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Nurture inbound leads through a full sales lifecycle from introduction to close.
- Effectively sell clients on our full-service accessibility services and SaaS tools to setup clients for a long-term relationship with Allyant.
- In conjunction with Sales Leadership, create individual quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Collaborate with an establish proposal team to create client proposalson demand and built to meet their specific project goals
- Manage and track a full sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce) to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health and progress toward quota targets.
- Identify reporting needs, evaluate adoption rates, and provide recommendations to continually drive pipeline and net new sales.
- Support Sales in digital marketing efforts as needed.
- Additional Sales and Marketing projects and/or responsibilities as agreed to, in collaboration with team to reach established goals.
- In addition to the responsibilities above, the Strategic Account Executive is expected to manage an elevated level of complex, sophisticated account structures.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent demonstrated work experience
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience
- Daily, ongoing experience with CRM software (SalesForce ) and sales activity tracking.
- Experience with a consultative sales and/or a technical service orproduct is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Proficient performing software based tasks to include utilizing a CRM. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to influence others, identify decision makers, and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Effective problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong closing and negotiation skills

- Time Management – Managing one’s own time with a proven ability to deliver quality work and meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Remote Working Requirements
- Working space must be professional / business appropriate, free of distractions and safely maintained (as to meet safe working conditions followed on company premises).
- A fast, stable / uninterrupted internet connection.
Physical Demands
- Mostly sedentary, and prolonged periods of sitting and looking at a monitor screen
- Large number of phone and video calls
