One of our companies is currently looking for an Account Manager in the United States.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to drive growth and foster long-term client relationships across a suite of SaaS products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at identifying expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage solutions that align with their business goals. From forecasting to client engagement, your ability to manage relationships at scale and influence cross-functional collaboration will be key to success. Accountabilities:

  • Drive retention and revenue growth by identifying and closing expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Monitor customer usage and performance data to proactively suggest improvements and optimizations
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies using the platform's capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless service and support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, offering best practices in media management and digital optimization
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and updates within internal CRM and sales tools
  • Stay current on industry trends and technologies to enhance client strategies and satisfaction


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding growth targets and managing large account portfolios
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and digital media solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or in a collaborative environment
