Job summary

ViaPath is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and expand an existing portfolio of agency clients while pursuing new business in a designated territory. Remote role with up to 75% travel; ideal for candidates in NJ or OH.

You will build executive-level relationships, drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell to meet revenue targets. Qualifications include 4–8 years in account management or sales, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience can substitute.
• 4–8 years in account management, sales, or client relationships, preferably in corrections.
• Proven ability to retain and expand client relationships and hit revenue goals.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic account plans to grow revenue and protect accounts.
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations with SMEs.
• Lead renewal planning, coordinate with contracts and internal teams for renewals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and fulfill commitments.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, provide reliable forecasts and updates.
