Accurate Paper Box Co. in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with key clients. You will serve as the day-to-day contact, understand customer packaging needs, coordinate with internal teams, and drive on-time, cost-effective solutions across all lines of business.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and proactive account management in a manufacturing setting. A strong background in B2B packaging and CRM/ERP tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or customer service in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Packaging Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with folding carton, corrugated, or related packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding packaging needs and go-to-market demands.
• Coordinate with estimators, design, production, and shipping to ensure accurate, cost-effective orders.
• Resolve issues with urgency and professionalism, managing expectations throughout each project.
• Collaborate with Sales, Prepress, and Operations on launches, pricing updates, or new projects.
• Track activity in CRM (Pipedrive) and ERP (CartonERP) systems and support QBRs.
