Job summary

Accurate Paper Box seeks an Account Executive to drive new folding carton sales across the Southeast and Midwest. You will identify qualified prospects, build strategic relationships, and close opportunities by connecting customer packaging challenges with our capabilities.

You will collaborate with estimating and operations to craft proposals, manage pricing strategies, and own the full sales cycle from lead to close. A proactive, consultative seller is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent sales experience.
• +5 years of B2B sales experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing.
• Experience selling folding cartons or custom paperboard solutions is preferred.
• Strong ability to build strategic relationships and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new folding carton sales opportunities through cold calling, research, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct discovery meetings, plant tours, and capability presentations to align solutions with prospect needs.
• Work with estimating and operations to develop custom proposals and pricing strategies.
• Own the sales cycle from lead to close, including follow-ups, quotes, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasting in CRM (Pipedrive).
• Collaborate with Account Managers and CSRs to ensure seamless handoffs to production.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Job Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business by identifying qualified prospects, developing strategic relationships, and closing new sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive, consultative seller who understands the value of packaging and can connect customer challenges to Accurate Paper Box capabilities.
