Job summary

Cesfl in Miami is seeking a Senior Account Manager with potential to become a Team Leader as the department grows. You will manage day-to-day servicing for large commercial clients, with a focus on national and multinational risk in property & casualty.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial P&C brokerage experience, an active 220 license, and experience with captives, large-deductible or self-insured programs, plus strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial P&C account management.
• Active 220 license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or experience; designations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide account management on complex property, casualty, auto, and workers’ compensation.
• Handle new business and renewals, including policy reviews and some marketing.
• Assist AE with captive, large-deductible, self-insured, and alternative risk financing programs.
• Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their needs, while maintain strong relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates.
• Use agency management system to streamline operations and keep accurate records.

Senior Account Manager Insurance broker is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with potential to become a Team Leader as the department grows. They focus on large complex national and multinational commercial insurance risk. Someone in the commercial auto casualty space is ideal, as well as experience handling captives, large deductible, or self-insured clients. This role will service the day to day account management work, process and assist the team to manage both new and renewal business.

REQUIREMENTS

5 or more years of commercial P&C brokerage experience preferably managing mid to larger accounts, strong insurance coverage knowledge to manage complex accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Account Management on complex property, casualty, auto, and workers’ compensation.
• Handle new business and renewals, including policy reviews and some marketing.
• Assist AE with captive, large-deductible, self-insured, and other alternative risk financing programs.
